At the 135th meeting of the Legislative Committee that was held today, the following amendments were assessed as legally acceptable:
- 11 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro, introduced by MP Mr Neđeljko Rudović;
- 13 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Media, introduced by MP Mr Neđeljko Rudović;
- 17 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care, namely: 12 amendments introduced by MPs – Mr Zvonko Vuković and Ms Maja Bakrač, 3 amendments introduced by MP Ms Marta Šćepanović and 2 amendments introduced by MPs – Mr Boris Mugoša and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Emergency Medical Services, introduced by MPs – Mr Boris Mugoša and Ms Marta Šćepanović.
The Committee assessed that 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro, introduced by MP Mr Ervin Ibrahimović, were not legally acceptable.
In accordance with Article 67(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments:
- 30 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro, introduced by MPs – Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović Stanković and Mr Džavid Šabović;
- 7 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Media, namely: 5 amendments introduced by MP Mr Raško Konjević and 2 amendments introduced by MP Mr Ranko Krivokapić.
