At its 137th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee has considered amendments (5) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, as follows: an amendment submitted by the Government of Montenegro, an amendment submitted by Mr Slaven Radunović, MP, 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, and Mr Džavid Šabović, and an amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Suad Numanović, Mr Nedžad Drešević, Ms Jovanka Laličić and Mr Boris Mugoša; an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, submitted by Ms Marija Ćatović and Ms Jovanka Laličić; amendments (8) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Jovanka Laličić; and amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Transport, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Jovanka Laličić, and assessed, from the point of view of its competence, that they were legally acceptable.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider amendments (11) to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, as follows: 6 amendments submitted by Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MP, 3 amendments submitted by Mr Branko Radulović, MP, an amendment submitted by Ms Željka Savković, MP, an amendment submitted by Mr Nebojša Medojević, MP; nor 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, submitted by Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MP.
