At today’s 15th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Restitution of the Taken Away Property Rights and Compensation, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Explosive Substances, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Basic Principles of Intelligence and Security Sector of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government Financing and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Capital City.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee has postponed consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the North-Atlantic Treaty and the Protocol to the North-Atlantic Treaty on the Accession of Greece and Turkey.

Also, the Committee has started considering the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro, and continuation of discussion and vote on this item of the agenda has been postponed for the meeting.
