The Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Spatial Data Infrastructure Law and the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee has delayed the consideration of the: Proposal for the Law on Fees for the Use of Tobacco Products and Electro-Acoustic and Acoustic Devices in restaurants and cafés, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Consensual Financial Restructuring of Debts to Financial Institutions and the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Games of Chance.
