Legislative Committee holds its Twentieth Meeting

Several proposals for laws considered

At the Twentieth Meeting that was held today, the Legislative Committee considered and voted in favour of the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Non-Governmental Organisations, Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Administrative Fees and the Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Administrative Procedure. In addition, the Committee considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Fees for the Use of Tobacco Products and Electro-Acoustic and Acoustic Devices in restaurants and cafés, submitted by MPs Ms Jovanka Laličić and Ms Marta Šćepanović and amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Non-Governmental Organisations, submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Halil Duković, and assessed them to be legally acceptable.

The Committee did not cinsider, pursuant to the Atricle 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, amendments to the Proposal for the Law on National Brand, submitted by MP Mr Nikola Rakočević.
