Legislative Committee, at the 26th Meeting that was held today, considered and voted in favour of the following: Proposal for the Law on the Army of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on the Market of Agricultural Products, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers, and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy.
In addition, the Committee considered the following: Initiative for the constitutional review of a provision of Article 78a of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Enforcement Officers (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 22/17), Proposal for the constitutional review of a provision of Article 1 paragraph 2 point 2 of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Free Access to Information (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 30/17) and the Proposal for the constitutional review of the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the North-Atlantic Treaty and the Protocol to the North-Atlantic Treaty on the Accession of Greece and Turkey (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 11/15).
Consideration of the Initiative for the constitutional review of a provision of Article 78 paragraph 2, for the following part: "years of service" of the Labour Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 49/08, 59/11, 66/12 and 31/14) and of a provision of the Article 15 paragraph 1 point 4 of the Law on Public Sector Salaries (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 16/16, 83/16 and 21/17) was postponed for one of the next meetings.
