Legislative Committee holds its 29th Meeting

At today’s 29th meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for a decision on amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted by MPs: Mr Miodrag Radunović, Mr Vujica Lazović and Mr Ervin Ibrahimović.

Furthermore, the Committee also considered amendments (8) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law, submitted by MPs Mr Nikola Rakočević and Mr Miloš Nikolić; amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Procedure, submitted by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu; and amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Army of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Mr Ervin Ibrahimović and Mr Nedžad Drešević.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Old Royal Capital, submitted by MPs Ms Daliborka Pejović and Ms Ana Nikolić.
