Members of the Parliament of Montenegro ended today the Fifth Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session in 2017 and adopted the Proposal for the Law on Financial Leasing, Factoring, Debt Repurchase, Micro-crediting, and Credit and Guarantee Operations and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Higher Education.

In the framework of today's Sitting, the Parliament appointed the Deputy Secretary General, Ms Marija Mirjačić.
