On the first day of the Third Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2018, MPs adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Budget Law of Montenegro for 2018, Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the initiative for the constitutional review of provisions of Articles 1 (2) and 18 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Free Access to Information (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 30/17), Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the initiative for the constitutional review of provisions of Articles 15,16,17,18,19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 32, 36 and 74 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 64/17), Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the initiative for the constitutional review of provisions of Article 26 (1) and (2) of the Law on Administrative Disputes (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 54/16), Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the Decision to initiate constitutional review of the provisions of Articles 9a, 9b, third indent of Article 9d (2), 9e, 9f and 10 (4) and (5) of the Law on Immovable Property Tax (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 65/01 and Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 75/10, 9/15 and 44/17, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol relating to an amendment to article 50 (a) of the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol relating to an amendment to Article 56 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
