On day two of the Ninth Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2018, MPs concluded the discussion on the Proposal for the Law on the President of Montenegro, and began the discussion on Proposal for the Law on Cooperation of Montenegro with Diaspora - Emigrants.
