The Parliament also adopted the Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the initiative for the constitutional review of the provision of Article 4(4) of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy (Official Gazette of Montenegro 51/17) and Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the initiative for the constitutional review of the provision of Article 25 of the Law on Enforcement and Security (Official Gazette of Montenegro 11/15).
Under the item of the agenda “Elections and appointments”, the Parliament dismissed from office the Vice Governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro Ms Irena Radović and dismissed from duty member of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption Ms Vanja Ćalović-Marković. Furthermore, Mr Ranko Milović was appointed member of the Jury for Presenting the 13th July Award, while Mr Gavrilo Čabarkapa was elected member of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
