On day four of the Twelfth Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2018, MPs completed the discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Executing a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of MNE No 31/17), and started a debate on the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region and the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the National Park “Prokletije”.
