Members of the Parliament of Montenegro today have completed the First Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session in 2018, adopting the following: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of amendments to the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Cinematographic Co-production and Eight semi-annual report on the overall activities within the integration process of Montenegro to the European Union, for the period July – December 2017.
