On the fourth day of the Third Sitting of the Second Ordinary (Autumn) Session in 2018, MPs concluded the debate on 2017 Performance Report of the Agency for Protection of Competition, 2017 Annual Performance Report of the Deposit Protection Fund, 2017 Capital Market Status Report with the Performance Report of the Capital Market Commission with the financial statement and the 2017 Report of the authorised auditor on financial operations of the Commission, 2017 Status Report on the insurance market in Montenegro, as well as 2017 Status Report on the Energy Sector of Montenegro.

The debate was concluded today also on Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the Initative for the constitutional review of provisions of Article 12 of the Law on the Judicial Council and Judges (Official Gazette of Montenegro 11/15, 28/15 and 42/18), Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the Proposal for constitutional review of provisions of Article 15 of the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro 11/15) and Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the Initative for constitutional review of provisions of Article 4 of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Notaries (Official Gazette of Montenegro 55/16).
