Under the item of the agenda “elections and appointments”, the MPs adopted the following: Proposal for the decision on the election of the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and members of the Committee on further reform of electoral and other legislation; Proposal for the decision on the appointment of the Municipal Election Commission of Tuzi; Proposal for the decision on the election of five members of the Evaluation Commission; Proposal for the decision on dismissal of President of the Council of the Insurance Supervision Agency; Proposals for decisions of the Administrative Committee concerning changes in the composition of committees.

Even in the second round of voting, the Parliament of Montenegro failed to elect four members of the Judicial Council from among the prominent lawyers.
