On the first day of the Fourth Sitting of the Second Ordinary (Autumn) Session in 2018, MPs adopted the Proposal for the Law on Public Administration.

The Parliament also determined the Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the initiative for constitutional review of provisions of Articles 165, 167, and 168 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights (Official Gazette of Montenegro 37/11 and 53/16) and the Opinion with the proposal for a reply to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro with regard to the Initiative for the constitutional review of provisions of Article 2 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro 31/17).
