On the second day of the Eight Sitting of the Second Ordinary (Autumn) Session in 2018, MPs ended the discussion on: Proposal for the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro, Proposal for the Decision on Borrowing of Montenegro for 2019, Proposals for 2019 financial plans with the work plans of the following independent regulatory bodies: Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, Energy Regulatory Agency, Insurance Supervision Agency, Capital Market Commission, Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices, Agency for Electronic Media, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners, Proposal for the Law on Local Self-Government Financing, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of ILO Convention No. 151 on Labour Relations in the Public Service, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of amendments to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layerand the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education.
