Fourth Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session ends

Multiple proposals for laws adopted

 

On day three of the Fourth Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session in 2016, MPs adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on the 2015 Final Budget Statement of Montenegro, along with Report on Audit of the Proposal for the Law on the 2015 Final Budget Statement of Montenegro and Annual Report on performed audits and activities of the State Audit Institution of Montenegro, for the period October 2015 - October 2016; 2015 Performance Report of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services with 2015 Financial Report of the Agency, and Report on Conducted Audit of the 2015 Financial Statements of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services; 2015 Financial statements and Report on the audit of financial statements of the Agency for Insurance Supervision along with the 2015 Performance Report of the Agency; 2015 Annual Performance Report of the Securities Commission and the State in the Securities Market together with 2015 Financial Report of the Commission and 2015 Report on Conducted Audit of 2015 Financial Statements of the Securities Commission; Proposal for 2017 financial plans together with work plans of independent regulatory bodies, namely: Energy Regulatory Agency, Agency for Electronic Media, Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, Insurance Supervision Agency, Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices and Securities Commission; 2015 Status Report on the Energy Sector of Montenegro; Proposal for the 2017 Budget Law of Montenegro; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax; Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Value Added Tax; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law; Proposal for the Law on the Reprogramming of Tax Claims; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Funding of Political Parties and Election Campaigns; Proposal for the Law on International and Temporary Protection of Foreigners; Proposal for the Law on Auditing; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Design; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Patent Law; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Trademark Law; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Communications; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Defence; Proposal for the Law on Urban Waste Water Treatment; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Memorials; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Insurance; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between Montenegro and the Slovak Republic on Social Insurance; Proposal for the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs; Proposal for the Law on ratification of the Agreement on cooperation between Montenegro and EUROJUST; 2015 Report on Development and Protection of Rights of Minorities and Other Minority Communities; Report on the implementation of the 2014-2020 Regional Development Strategy in 2015; Proposal for the Decision on awarding the Hydrocarbons Production Concession Contract in the offshore of Montenegro for blocks 4219-26 and 4218-30, along with the Proposal for the Hydrocarbons Production Concession Contract in the offshore of Montenegro for blocks 4219-26 and 4218-30, the Proposal for the Joint Operating Agreement, and the Proposal for the Accounting Agreement; 2015 Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms and 2015 Annual Report of the National Preventive Mechanism.

Within the item Elections and Appointments, the Parliament elected nine members of the State Election Commission: Ms Nataša Pešić, as member, Ms Naila Redža, as deputy member, Ms Ljiljana Radonjić, as member, Mr Nikola Dedeić, as deputy member, Mr Mersudin Dautović, as member, Mr Ljubomir Sošić, as deputy member, Mr Aleksandar Jovićević, as member, Mr Zoran Radonjić, as deputy member, Mr Haris Mekić, as member, Mr Valon Dasharami, as deputy member, Mr Veljo Čađenović, as member who performs a function of the Commission Secretary, Mr Dražen Medojević, as member, Mr Darko Čelebić, as deputy member, Mr Veljko Vujović, as member, Mr Duško Stjepović, as deputy member, and Mr Milisav Ćorić, as member.
