At the Sitting of the First Extraordinary Session of the 26th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro held today, the Parliament granted approval for initiating criminal proceedings and ordering detention against members of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Andrija Mandić and Mr Milan Knežević.
