On day three of the Ninth Sitting of the Second Ordinary (Autumn) Session in 2019, MPs adopted the following: the Proposal for the 2020 Budget Law of Montenegro; the Proposal for the Decision on Borrowing of Montenegro for 2020; the Proposal for 2020 financial plans together with work plans of independent regulatory bodies, namely: Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, Energy Regulatory Agency, Insurance Supervision Agency, Capital Market Commission, Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices, and Agency for Electronic Media Proposal for the Law on Selection, Use and Public Display of National Symbols; the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Peace and Order; the Proposal for the Law on investing in the consolidation and development of the Association for the transport of passengers and goods in air transport "Montenegro Airlines" JSC Podgorica; the Proposal for the Law on Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns; the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Voters' Register; the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation and the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code of Montenegro
Mr Zorica Kalezić was appointed Vice Governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro within the item Elections and Appointments.
Also, the Parliament adopted the Proposal for a Decision on appointing the President and two members of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information
