On day nine of the Fifth Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2020, members of the Parliament of Montenegro adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism and Hospitality Industry; Proposal for the Law on Alternative Dispute Resolution; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Family Law; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Proceedings; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Courts; Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Public Prosecution Office; Proposal for the Law on Military Intelligence and Security Affairs; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Data Confidentiality; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law; Proposal for the Law on the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Safety of Maritime Navigation; Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Montenegro supplementing the European Convention on Extradition of 13 December 1957 and aimed at facilitating its application; Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Protocol amending the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education.
Within Elections and Appointments item, MPs adopted a Proposal for the Decision on electing Mr Radoš Zečević as a member of the Constitutional Committee and Proposal for the Decision on electing Mr Strahinja Bulajić as a member of the Security and Defence Committee.
