On day twelve of the Fifth Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2020, members of the Parliament of Montenegro adopted the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Media, Proposal for the Law on Medicines, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Emergency Medical Services, Proposal for the Law on Labour Fund, Proposal for the Decision on adoption of the detailed spatial plan for the area of the multipurpose reservoir on the Komarnica River and the Proposal for the Decision on deploying members of the Army of Montenegro in the NATO Response Force - NRF.

As part of the item Elections and appointments, the Parliament formulated the Proposal for the Government for the appointment of Mr Božidar Pižurica and Mr Samet Murić as members of the Commission for Concessions.
