On day one of the Fourteenth Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session in 2017, MPs have adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on the Market of Agricultural Products; Proposal for the Law on Amendment and Supplement to the Law on Civil Procedure; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanours; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Prevention of Terrorism; Proposal for the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Misbehavior at Sports Events; Proposal for the Law on the Army of Montenegro; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy; Proposal for the Law on Chemicals; Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Construction Products; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers; Proposal for the Law on Old Royal Capital; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Benefits for Persons with Disabilities; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law; Proposal for 2017-2020 Fiscal Strategy of Montenegro;  Proposal for the Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro Report with a proposal on giving approval that criminal proceedings can be initiated against Mr Milan Knežević, Mr Milutin Đukanović, Ms Marina Jočić and Mr Branko Radulović, members of the Parliament of Montenegro.
