Administrative Committee holds its 84th Meeting

The Committee has launched the procedure for nominating candidates for two members of the Commission for Concessions of Montenegro  

At today’s 84th meeting, the Administrative Committee of the 26th Parliament of Montenegro has drafted a proposal for a decision on appointing a member of the Steering Committee of the Fund for Protection and Exercising of Minority Rights and decided to propose to the Parliament to elect Ms Suad Begović as a member of the Steering Committee of the Fund for Protection and Exercising of Minority Rights on behalf of the Muslim Council of Montenegro.

Also, the Committee has launched the procedure for drafting a List of Candidates for two members of the Commission for Concessions of Montenegro from among prominent experts. The Committee has drafted the Public Invitation and decided to publish it at the website of the Parliament of Montenegro and in Daily Dan.

The Committee has also considered the initiative of the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights to launch the procedure for amending the Decision on the amount of allowance for a member of the Evaluation Committee and decided to adopt the Decision on the amount of allowance for a member of the Evaluation Committee.

The Committee has considered and unanimously adopted the Committee's 2019 Performance Report, evaluating it as comprehensive and of good quality.

The Committee also unanimously drafted the Committee's Work Plan for 2020, taking into account the responsibilities of the Administrative Committee established by the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro and the Work Program of the Government of Montenegro for 2020.
