Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms Mr Halil Duković today has met with the Council of Europe expert Mr Quentin Reed who is staying in Montenegro within the expert mission organised under the Horizontal Facility Programme for Western Balkans and Turkey - Action against economic crime in Montenegro, supported by the European Union, and implemented by the Council of Europe.
They had an open and constructive conversation with regard to the implementation of the Code of Ethics for MPs, with reference to the provisions of the Law on Prevention of Corruption relating to the conflict of interests of MPs.
The interlocutors voiced their pleasure over today’s meeting, with hope that the exchanged information would be beneficial to both parties in their future work.
