Following comprehensive discussion, the Committee has unanimously supported the 2018 Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro and the 2018 Annual Report of the National Preventive Mechanism against Torture, and it will submit the Reports with Proposal for Conclusions to the Parliament thereof.

At its 40th Meeting, the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms has considered the 2018 Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro and the 2018 Annual Report of the National Preventive Mechanism against Torture.
