Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms Mr Halil Duković met representatives of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy: Mr Emil Atanasovski, Director of Western Balkans at Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), Mr Ivan Radojević, Programme Manager at Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), and Ms Aleksandra Vujisić and Ms Nevenka Stanković, representatives of the WFD Office.

The meeting was organised on the planned three-year project of the WFD - Regional Office in Belgrade, under the title “Creating a parliamentary network on human rights in the Western Balkans”. The projects, supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, encompassing eight parliaments from the six regional countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia and Montenegro, will be implemented in the period April 2019 - October 2021.

The meeting presented the Programmed and the upcoming activities, discussing also the participation of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms in this Programme.
