Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms holds its Eighth Meeting

Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms at the Eighth Meeting that was held today, considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Anti-discrimination Law

After the introductory remarks made by the representative of the proposer and the discussion, the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms unanimously (with six votes "for") supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Anti-discrimination Law and proposed its adoption to the Parliament.

The Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms unanimously adopted the Report on the participation of Mr Suad Numanović, the member of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, at the International Workshop on "Cooperation of European Parliamentarians in the fight against human trafficking in the countries of the Western Balkans", held in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade, on 17 and 18 May 2017, which would be, pursuant to Article 210 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted to the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants. Also, the Committee adopted three information on the activities of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms in May 2017.
