Your Excellency,

In difficult times like these, when the entire planet has been affected by the coronavirus pandemic, we must do everything we can to overcome the crisis while respecting the best standards of personal and institutional responsibility and humanity. The unprecedented situation in which modern civilisation has found itself requires mutual cooperation in the fight against the invisible enemy.

For this reason, I express my gratitude and respect to the People's Republic of China for the announced donation of medical supplies and equipment, which will help Montenegro and its healthcare professionals deal with with the coronavirus. Once again you have confirmed that you are a friendly and humane country, and Montenegro will not forget it.

At the same time, let me extend my deepest condolences for your countrymen who died as a result of the coronavirus infection. That huge loss is irrecoverable, but you should be proud of how the People's Republic of China has been dealing with this adversity. I wish your countrymen currently sufferer from this disease a speedy recovery.

In anticipation of the end of the global crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, please except the assurances of my highest respect and heartfelt greetings.
