At today’s 110th Meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration has considered amendments (60) to the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro and the Proposal for the Law on Media.
In the presence of representatives of proposers and submitters of amendments, the Committee unanimously supported amendments (17) by the Government of Montenegro to the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro, which, considering that the submitters of amendments are also the proposers of the law, have become an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Law and the Parliament shall not decide on them separately.
Amendments (30) by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković and Mr Džavid Šabović were not supported by the necessary majority of the Committee.
Amendment (11) by Mr Neđeljko Rudović, MP, as well as amendments (2) by Mr Ervin Ibrahimović, MP, also did not obtain a requested majority of the Committee.
The Committee unanimously supported amendments (10) by the Government of Montenegro to the Proposal for the Law on Media, which, considering that the submitters of amendments are also the proposers of the law, have become an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Law and the Parliament shall not decide on them separately.
The Committee unanimously supported the reformulated amendment 4 by Mr Neđeljko Rudović, MP, as well as amendment 19 by Ms Danijela Pavićević and Mr Srđan Milić.
Amendments 1, 2, 3, 5 up to 13 by Mr Neđeljko Rudović, MP, were not supported by the necessary majority of the Committee. The Committee did not support the amendments: 1, 3 to 11, 14 to 18 and 20 to 23 Ms Danijela Pavićević and Mr Srdjan Milić, MPs. Amendment (5) by Mr Raško Konjević, MP, as well as amendments (2) by Mr Ranko Krivokapić, MP, also did not obtain a requested majority of the Committee.
Amendments 2, 12 and 132 by Ms Danijela Pavićević and Mr Srđan Milić, MPs, were withdrawn by their sponsors.
