Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports Mr Radule Novović and member of the Committee Ms Aleksandra Vuković visited Vuksan Đukić Mixed High School and Aleksa Đilas Bećo Primary School in Mojkovac, on 20 September 2018.

The aim of the visit is to provide an opportunity for the Committee to learn about the various experiences in the implementation of education system reform in Montenegro.

Representatives of the Committee talked with the school principas about the current problems faced by educational workers in their day-to-day work, primarily about the status of educational workers, the necessity of continuous education of staff, and good communication with the umbrella departmental institutions.

The Chairperson of the Committee emphasised the readiness of the Committee to actively participate in resolving possible problems that educational institutions face in their work, in accordance with its powers defined by the parliamentary Rules of Procedure.

Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports Mr Radule Novović and member of the Committee Ms Aleksandra Vuković also met President of the Local Assembly of Mojkovac Mr Dragan Mrdak. The meeting discussed the cultural and artistic events and activities of the Local Assembly in that field.  The meeting with representatives of the educational institutions and Local Assembly were also attended by the Secretary of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
