At its meeting held today, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare has considered two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Protection of Population Against Communicable Diseases, submitted by Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić, MPs (Classification No. 28-2/20-4/3, EPA 992 XXVI, of 24 June 2020);
Representative of the proposer of the Law accepted the proposed amendments, therefore the Committee noted that, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, they have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, therefore the Parliament shall not decide thereof separately.
Mr Miro Knežević, Director General of the Directorate for Public Health and Programme Health Protection at the Ministry of Health, attended the meeting in his capacity of the proposer.
Also, the Committee established in the meeting that it was necessary to reconsider the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Protection of Population Against Communicable Diseases and in that regard proposed a legal and technical supplement to Amendment 4 of the Committee, submitted to the proposed law, which, pursuant to Article 150 paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, have become an integral part of the Draft Law (Report on Consideration of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law 2 / 20-4 / 2 EPA 992 XXVI of 5 June 2020).
Representative of the proposer of the Law accepted supplement which, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Protection of Population Against Communicable Diseases.
