The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare considered amendments (12) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care, submitted by MPs Mr Zvonko Vuković and Ms Maja Bakrač (classification No. 28-2/20-2/4, EPA 928 of 7 July 2020).

The Committee noted certain legal and technical errors in amendments 1, 2, 4, 5, 11 and 12 and in that regard proposed their correction.

The submitters of amendments MPs Mr Zvonko Vuković and Ms Maja Bakrač accepted legal and technical corrections of amendments 1, 2, 4, 5, 11 and 12 after which they noted that they were withdrawing amendments 6 and 7.

The representative of the proposer accepted amendments by MP Mr Zvonko Vuković and Ms Maja Bakrač (corrected amendment 1, corrected amendment  2, amendment   3, corrected amendment 4, corrected amendment 5, amendment  8, amendment  9, amendment  10, corrected amendment 11 and corrected amendment 12) thus the Committee noted that, pursuant to Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, they had become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law and the Parliament would not vote on them separately.

The meeting was attended by the representative of the proposer for the law Ms Slađana Pavlović, Director General of the Directorate for International Cooperation and Harmonisation of Regulation at the Ministry of Health and Ms Slavojka Šuković,  Head of the Directorate for Harmonisation of Regulations at the Ministry of Health.
