The meeting of the Committee was attended by representatives of the proposer of the law, Mr Kemal Purišić, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, and Mr Jovo Pajović, Director General of Directorate for Pension and Disability Insurance and Veteran and Disability Protection at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
In accordance with Article 65(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the meeting of the Committee was attended by MPs: Mr Mirsad Murić, Mr Danijel Živković and Mr Slaven Radunović.
At the proposal put forward by the Chairperson of the Committee, Mr Suad Numanović, the Proposal for the Conclusion with regard to the adoption of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law was added to the agenda of the meeting, submitted by MPs Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Mr Džavid Šabović (classification number 09-2/20-3/20 EPA 1035XXVI of 29 July 2020).
Amendments introduced by MP Mr Slaven Radunović (classification number 09-2/20-3/5, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020) were reviewed by the Committee.
Representative of the proposer of the law, Mr Kemal Purišić, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, did not accept the amendment by Mr Slaven Radunović. The Committee did not support the amendment introduced by MP Mr Slaven Radunović. With regard to amendments by MP Mr Radunović and in accordance with Article 69(4) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, MP Mr Boris Mugoša expressed dissenting opinion.
The Committee reviewed amendments (2) introduced by MPs Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Mr Džavid Šabović (classification number 09-2/20-3/15, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 28 July 2020).
Representative of the proposer of the law, Mr Kemal Purišić, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, did not accept amendments (2) introduced by MPs Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Mr Džavid Šabović. The Committee did not support amendments in question.
The Committee reviewed the amendment introduced by MPs Mr Suad Numanović, Mr Nedžad Drešević, Ms Jovanka Laličić and Mr Boris Mugoša (classification number 09-2/20-3/17, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 29 July 2020).
The Committee noted a legal and technical error and proposed for a legal and technical correction of the amendment in question, which was accepted by MP Mr Boris Mugoša, representative of introducers of amendments.
Representative of the proposer of the law, Mr Kemal Purišić, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, accepted the corrected amendment introduced by MPs Mr Suad Numanović, Mr Nedžad Drešević, Ms Jovanka Laličić and Mr Boris Mugoša (classification number 09-2/20-3/17, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 29 July 2020), which has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, and it shall not be voted upon further at the sitting of the Parliament.
In addition, the Committee did not support the Proposal for the Conclusion with regard to the adoption of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Mr Džavid Šabović (classification number 09-2/20-3/20, EPA 1035XXVI of 29 July 2020).
In accordance with Article 67(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not review the amendment introduced by MP Mr Nebojša Medojević (classification number 09-2/20-3/4, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020), amendments (4) by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović (classification number 09-2/20-3/8, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020), the amendment introduced by MP Ms Željka Savković (classification number 09-2/20-3/13, EPA 1035 XXVI of 28 July 2020) and amendments (2) by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović (classification number 09-2/20-3/19, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 29 July 2020).
