In addition, the Committee has considered and assessed as legally acceptable the following amendments:
- Amendments (6) to the Proposal for the Law on Local Self-Government Financing, namely: 3 amendments submitted by Mr Andrija Popović, MP, and
3 amendments submitted by Mr Genci Nimanbegu, MP. - Amendments (9) to the Proposal for the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro, namely: 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Branko Čavor, Mr Boris Mugoša, Mr Ervin Ibrahimović, Mr Genci Nimanbegu and Mr Predrag Sekulić; 5 amendments submitted by Mr Andrija Popović, MP, and 3amendments submitted by MPs Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković and Mr Raško Konjević.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider amendments (5) to the Proposal for the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro: 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor and Mr Nikola Rakočević, and 4 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Boris Mugoša, Mr Branko Čavor and Mr Nikola Rakočević.
