Candidates for the SEC President not supported by the Committee members

Mr Luigj Shkrela, Chairperson of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, member of the Committee Ms Ana Nikolić and Committee staff today have met Ms Jozefina Çoba Topalli, OSCE expert, within the activities of supporting the strengthening of the work of the Administrative  Committee.

Multiple proposals for decisions determined

The Committee initiated the procedure for the appointment of the Municipal Election Commission of Tuzi and the procedure for the election of seven members of the Commission for the Evaluation

In accordance with Article 49 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro, No 51/6 and 66/6, and Official Gazette of MNE, No 88/9, 80/10, 39/11, 25/12, 49/13, 32/14, 42/15, 52/17 and 17/18), and in relation to Art. 36j – 36l of the Law on Minority Rights and Freedoms (Official Gazette of MNE, No 31/6, 51/06, 38/7 and Official Gazette of MNE, No 2/11, 8/11 i 31/17), the Administrative Committee issues a:
