Legislative Committee ends its 51st meeting

At the continued 51st meeting of the Legislative Committee that was held today, the Proposal for the Decision on Borrowing of Montenegro for 2018 has been considered and MPs expressed positive opinion this regarding, thus concluding the discussion on all items of the agenda.

During today’s continuation of the 51st Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol relating to an amendment to article 50 (a) of the Convention on International Civil Aviation and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol relating to an amendment to Article 56 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

At today’s 52nd Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Decision on deploying members of the Army of Montenegro in the international mission "Resolute Support - (RS)" in Afghanistan and Proposal for the Decision on deploying members of the Army of Montenegro in the KFOR international mission in the Republic of Kosovo.

 

At today’s meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Proprietary-Legal Relations; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Surveying and Cadastre of Immovable Property; and Proposal for a Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
