Several amendments considered as well as activities with regard to the upcoming CPF

At the second continuation of the 65th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Governance and Internal Controls in the Public Sector.

During today’s continuation of the 65th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered the Proposal for the Law on Governance and Internal Controls in the Public Sector, while the voting has been postponed due to the necessity of holding additional consultations on individual solutions.

At the 66^th meeting that was held today, the Legislative Committee considered the Proposal for the Decision on the formation of the Committee on further reform of electoral and expressed positive opinion with regard to it.

At its 65th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Expropriation.

At today’s continuation of the 64th meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Minamata Convention on Mercury and the Decision on long-term lease of land for developing the base settlement of the mountain centre "Kolašin 1600”.

Ms Marta Šćepanović, Chairperson of the Legislative Committee, and Ms Jovanka Laličić, member of the Committee, met today with Ms Jozefina Topalli, OSCE expert.
