Members of the Parliament of Montenegro’s Permanent Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić and Mr Tarzan Milošević will take part in the visit of the Economics and Security Committee - Sub-Committee on Transition and Development to Baku.

The aim of the visit by the Economics and Security Committee - Sub-Committee on Transition and Development to Azerbaijan is the establishment of parliamentary dialogue on Azerbaijan's foreign and regional policy, security and stability in the Middle East and Central Asia, economic and domestic challenges of the host country, energy policy in this area and energy security in the Caucasus and Central Asia region.

On the basis of presentations by speakers, the event will also include discussions in the domain of the political development of the host country, economic opportunities in this area and the role of the World Bank in this regard, security challenges and other issues of importance. On this occasion, a special attention will be devoted to relations of Azerbaijan with NATO, the European Union, the United States, Russia and China.
