The beginning of the visit of the Economics and Security Committee - Sub-Committee on Transition and Development of the NATO PA to Skopje was marked by the round table of representatives of NATO member states and ambassadors, during which they had interactive discussion of delegates of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly with ambassadors of the North Atlantic Alliance member states.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the following topics: North Macedonia-NATO relations and the accession process following the signing of the Protocol and first ratifications, The Domestic Economic Situation, Defence-related implications of NATO Membership for North Macedonia, The Political Situation in the Country, Regional Relations, Economic Reform and Relations with NATO, and North Macedonia’s Relations with Europe, the Countries of the Western Balkans and Russia.
