On day four of the 65th NATO PA's Annual Session, a Plenary Sitting was held, during which the participants were addressed by the following: Ms Madeleine Moon, President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Mr Ben Wallace, Minister of State for Security and Economic Crime, Mr Pedro Roque, Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, and Mr Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary General and Chairman of the North Atlantic Council.

This Session gathered the representatives of parliaments from 29 member states from the North America and Europe, associate and partner states, observer states, and other relevant representatives, with a goal of discussing common security issues of international nature.

Members of the Parliament of Montenegro’s Permanent Delegation to NATO PA Mr Branimir Gvozdenović, Head of the Delegation, and members - Mr Genci Nimanbegu and Mr Branko Čavor took part in this session.
