Representative of the Permanent Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Mr Luiđ Ljubo Škrelja, will take part in the visit of the Committee on the Civil Dimension of Security to the Republic of France.

The aim of the visit of the Committee on the Civil Dimension of Security is a parliamentary dialogue on foreign and defense priorities of France and counter-terrorism and de-radicalisation policies, the approach of France to hybrid threats and the revival of the liberal democratic global order, as well as the issue of migration and refugees and protection of human rights in Europe.

On the basis of presentations of speakers, discussions were planned to be held on topics of the political life of the host country, economic situation in the area, security challenges and other relevant topics, as well as meetings of NATO Parliamentary Assembly delegates with representatives of the Council of Europe and representatives of local authorities and experts.
