Permanent delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, composed of Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić and Mr Genci Nimanbegu, will participate at the Spring Meeting of the Standing Committee in Berlin, Germany, from 31 March to 1 April 2017. The role of the host of this meeting, on this occasion, was given to the permanent delegation of Germany to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

Spring Meeting of the Standing Committee, inter alia, aims at planning the upcoming events of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and consideration of a range of financial documents dealing with the work of the Parliamentary Assembly, and the attention of participants on this occasion will be focused on the issue of the confirmation of Montenegro's accession to NATO and the next steps towards the membership.

The meeting of the NATO PA Standing Committee is attended by members of delegations of NATO Member States, and Montenegro, taking into account the current moment in the process of Euro-Atlantic integration, has been invited to participate in its work.
