- Renewed independence is the best joint story of Montenegro and its emigrants, said Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants Mr Andrija Nikolić, at the ceremony on the occasion of the Independence Day, held in the German city of Schwäbisch Gmünd, organised by the Alliance of Montenegrin Associations of Germany – „SCANj“.

Traditional and friendly relations between Montenegro and the People's Republic of China have been accompanied by practical measures reflected in the continuous financial assistance to the Montenegrin economy – it was noted at the meeting of the Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, Mr Andrija Nikolić, with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Montenegro, H.E. Mr Cui Zhiwei.

 

Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held its Seventh Meeting, where the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products was unanimously endorsed.

 

At the continued Fifth Meeting of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, proposal for the establishment of 39 friendship groups with the parliaments of other countries was formulated, and it would be forwarded to the Collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro.

Meeting Mr Nikolić – Mr Zhiwei

Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, Mr Andrija Nikolić, will meet tomorrow, on 24 May, with the Ambassador of the People'e Republic of China to Montenegro, H.E. Mr Cui Zhiwei.

 

The joining of Montenegro to NATO is considered by the Republic of Slovenia as the success, H.E. Mr Mitja Mocnik said, the Ambassador of that country, in the conversation with Mr Andrija Nikolić, Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants.
