Participants in the Summit signed a Joint Declaration on the significance of clear perspective of integration of the Western Balkans countries in the European Union - as a guarantee of peace, stability and progress of the region

Summit will be devoted to the topic “The Future of Balkans in Europe and Euro-Atlantic Integration ”.

The Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held a working meeting with resident diplomatic representatives of NATO states, attended by President of the Parliament Mr Ivan Brajović and National Coordinator for NATO Mr Dragan Pejanović.

Members of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants will hold a working meeting with ambassadors of NATO member states, with the presence of National Coordinator for NATO Mr Dragan Pejanović.

Holding of the working meeting of the newly elected members of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants with the ambassadors of the NATO states was initiated. Ambassador Posa voiced his expectation that the ratification process of the NATO Accession Protocol would be completed by the middle of 2017.

Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants Mr Andrija Nikolić and Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo Mr Skender Durmishi have jointly assessed that Montenegro and Republic of Kosovo develop good and friendly relations, which are continuously upgraded through intensive political dialogue and cooperation in all fields.

Relations between Montenegro and the Republic of Albania are traditionally good and friendly, without open issues, it was said after the meeting between Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants Mr Andrija Nikolić and Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Montenegro H.E. Mr Ernal Filo.
