At today’s 19th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered the Initiative for constitutional review of Article 203b of the Criminal Procedure Code (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 57/09, 49/10, and 35/15) which was submitted to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro by Mr Vladimir Čejović, attorney-at-law from Podgorica.

Voted in favour of two laws, consideration of three proposals delayed

At today’s 16th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Transport and Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Mihailo Anđušić.

 

During the continuation of the 15th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the North-Atlantic Treaty and the Protocol to the North-Atlantic Treaty on the Accession of Greece and Turkey and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro.

At today’s continuation of the Thirteenth Meeting of the Legislative Committee, the Committee voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Health Inspection and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Expropriation.

 

Chairperson of the Legislative Committee Ms Marta Šćepanović and member of the Committee Ms Jovanka Laličić today met Mr Timo Ligi and Mr Valér Jobbágy, members of SIGMA delegation, which is paying an expert visit.
