Spring Standing Committee Meeting of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly was held in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 23-24 March 2018, and the role of the host, on this occasion, has been given to the Permanent NATO PA Delegation of Lithuania.

The meeting of the Standing Committee of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly was attended by the representatives of the NATO Member States - Heads of permanent delegations, members of the Bureau and the chairs of committees, and on this occasion, the Permanent Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro was represented by Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić.

The Standing Committee Meeting, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, among other things, was aimed on the planning of the upcoming activities of the Parliamentary Assembly of NATO, consideration of the Draft Declaration and Report to be discussed during the forthcoming Spring Session in 2018, as well as a series of financial documents dealing with work of the Parliamentary Assembly, and the attention of the participants was dedicated to the issue of proportionality with delegates declaring on certain issues.
