Several proposals for laws considered

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović extended to President of the Senate of the Republic of Italy  Mr Pietro Grasso and to Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Italy Ms Laura Boldrini, a congratulatory message on the occasion of their national holiday - Republic Day of Italy, 2 June.

Prime Minister’s Hour and Parliamentary Questions

At its Tenth Meeting held today, regarding the 2016 Performance Report of the Prosecutorial Council and the Public Prosecution Office, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration unanimously decided to refer to the Parliament proposal for conclusions (8).

 

At today’s 19th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered the Initiative for constitutional review of Article 203b of the Criminal Procedure Code (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 57/09, 49/10, and 35/15) which was submitted to the Constitutional Court of Montenegro by Mr Vladimir Čejović, attorney-at-law from Podgorica.

Cabinet of the President: Announcement

Chief Special Prosecutor Mr Milivoje Katnić submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro the Request for approval that criminal proceedings may be initiated and detention ordered against Mr Nebojša Medojević, member of the Parliament of Montenegro.

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović issued a request to the Administrative Committee for further proceeding.
