President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović has congratulated the 19th December, Day of the Capital, to the citizens and leadership of Podgorica.
Administrative Committee determines a list of candidates for the election of chairpersons and members of the standing committees of the 26th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro
At today’s continuation of its First meeting, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has noted that parliamentary parties and coalitions from among the majority have submitted proposals of candidates for the composition of the standing committees of the 26th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro, while parliamentary parties and coalitions from among the opposition have not. With regard to that, the Committee has established a list of candidates in line with submitted proposals, and in accordance with Article 36 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, which says that members of committees shall be elected upon the proposals of MP groups, whereas, composition shall be considered to be full in terms of quorum for work and deciding, provided that more than a half of committee members have been elected.

Meeting of President Brajović with the ambassadors of the EU member states
President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović today met with the ambassadors of the European Union member states to Montenegro. The gathering was hosted by Head of the EU Delegation to Montenegro Mr Aivo Orav and Ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia, presiding EU country, Mr Roman Hloben. As Mr Hloben said, today’s meeting is the last meeting with the ambassadors of the European Union in Podgorica under the Slovak presidency of the EU.
